Our specialists boast extensive aquatic industry management and operational experience, and pride themselves on providing excellent service to their clients, which is why it’s always good to receive positive feedback.

One of the team's current clients is the Western Australian Institute of Sport (WAIS) High Performance Service Centre, where they’ve been assisting with the day to day testing and operations of the facility’s recovery centre pools since it opened in May last year.

Eddie Gibbs checking the equipment at WAISMichael Hodder, WAIS High Performance Service Centre’s Operations Coordinator says “RLSSWA have been more than accommodating in understanding our changing needs, and adjustments were easy to make. The team as a whole has been brilliant and it is clear they all take great pride in their work.”

Michael notes that the Royal Life Saving team has dedicated to ensuring communication is clear with all involved; “(they’re) always happy to stop and have a chat with our physiology team as well as maintenance technicians to keep everyone in the loop and up to date. Regular email communication to all involved when things with the recovery pools are not quite right has also been great. The level of knowledge that RLSSWA has provided to us has been invaluable and is appreciated.”

Royal Life Saving Society WA’s team has also been providing pool operations services to the Subiaco Primary School for the past two years. James Mactier from the Subiaco Primary School Pool Committee has been more than happy with the service provided.

“We have been using the services of RLSSWA to manage our pool, to provide lifeguard services and to run learn to swim programs. They have been very supportive, pro-active, efficient and responsive, enabling us to provide a safe, cost effective, friendly and reliable facility for our members. We look forward to continuing our association with RLSSWA.”

Our Workforce Solutions team recognises that running a pool, whether it be at a hotel, school, sporting facility or health club, can be quite complex and time consuming, and they’re pleased that their services have been able to assist these organisations in running their pool in a cost-effective and efficient manner.

We’re keen to extend these services to more facilities across WA, so to find out how the team can assist you please click on the link below.
