Wangara Hyundai and Royal Life Saving WA are excited to announce a partnership to promote a safer WA.

Safety on the road and safety in the pool are paramount to the identities of the organisations.

Royal Life Saving WA works to empower all Western Australians to safely enjoy water activities, and to reduce the impact of drowning. Of the 21 people who drowned in WA last financial year five were toddlers under the age of five, with most of these children drowning in home swimming pools.

Royal Life Saving WA General Manager Marketing Allan Godfrey says the partnership with Wangara Hyundai will assist the organisation as it works to reduce these statistics. “The vehicles so generously provided will reduce the costs associated with the delivery of our home pool safety program, and our fundraising team who raise funds to educate parents and carers about toddler drowning prevention and support those families affected by non-fatal drowning incidents.”
