NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
Notice is hereby given that the 2019 Annual General Meeting of the members of the Royal Life Saving Society Western Australia Incorporated (RLSSWA) will be held at the Royal Life Saving Society Head Office, McGillivray Road, Mount Claremont on Thursday 17th October 2019, at 6.00pm – 7.00pm.
Ordinary Business
- Confirmation of Minutes of previous Annual General Meeting.
- To present and adopt the Annual Report for the year ended 30 June 2019.
- To present and adopt the Financial Statements for the year ended 30 June 2019 and Auditor’s Report.
- Appointment of Auditor for the 2019-2020 Financial Year.
- Election of Directors.
- Election of Life Members.
- Notice/s of Motion.
- Urgent General Busines
