Workforce Solutions team brings Hyde Park Water Playground to life for summer

Everyone has had their fair share of cleaning and disinfecting this year, so have some of our favourite summer play spots. 

The Hyde Park Water Playground, in the City of Vincent, was recently treated to a refresh and tune up thanks to the Royal Life Saving Workforce Solutions team. In order to prepare the park to meet Department of Health requirements the Workforce Solutions Operators go through a series of tasks which include a mix of functional and sanitary. The works range from bringing filtration systems online, re-establishing chemical dosing, refitting water features, water testing, sanitising the wet deck and cleaning strainer grates. 

Eager users of the splash park can enjoy the features 8am to 8pm daily from early November through to late March. The park is free and includes cannons, sprays and water tipping buckets. The park is located amongst the shade of trees and shade sails and has a large grassy area for easy relaxing.
