Yandeyarra children learn to Swim and Survive

17 December 2015

As we head into summer the importance of ensuring children have Swim and Survive skills becomes even more vital.

During Term 4 of the school year dozens of children have attended Swim and Survive lessons at the Yandeyarra Remote Aboriginal Swimming Pool.

Remote Pool Manager Jacqui Forbes had the privilege of awarding these children with certificates over the past couple of weeks, congratulating them for acquiring new skills that will help keep them safe in the water this summer.
