State Team announced for 2020 Australian Pool Life Saving Championships
The 2020 Australian Pool Life Saving Championships will be held in Perth in January, and Royal Life Saving WA are excited to announce that 15 of our best pool lifesaving athletes have been selected to represent WA at the competition.
After attending a series of development sessions and the State Trials, the following athletes have made the WA State Team:

Congratulations to all of our athletes and we wish them the best of luck when they compete at next year’s Australian Pool Life Saving Championships! The group will be managed by Team Manager Jen Jones and will train under State Coach Andrew Ridley, with Alicia Anderson stepping up to the position of Assistant Coach.
The Championships are being held from 10-12 January at HBF Stadium in Mount Claremont. If you’re a keen pool lifesaver, love to compete and are a member of a lifesaving club be sure to register to compete at the Perth event! Learn more at the link below.
There is also a Junior Lifeguard Challenge being held in conjunction with the Championships to encourage junior lifesavers and swimmers to try their hand at pool lifesaving.
