IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR COMMUNITY TRAINERS DELIVERING PROVIDE FIRST AID ONLINE AND 1 DAY PRACTICAL

Participants will have access to the online learning portal to complete the Provide First Aid training and theory assessment.  This will allow participants to acquire the required knowledge before the face-to-face practical assessment.  On successful completion of the online training modules, participants will be provided with a Certificate of Completion (COC), which is available for download.  Participants will only progress to the in-classroom practical phase of the course by providing a hard copy or a digital image of the certificate to the trainer on arrival.  This is a mandatory requirement and participants will not be allowed to progress to the practical phase unless trainers have sighted this certificate.  Your role as the Community Trainer/Assessor will be to ensure that your participants have completed this component and the evidence has been viewed.

The trainer must provide the list of participants details such as name, surname, date of birth, mark the final assessment result (C or NYC), provide payment details and submit the form along with all the Competency Sign-off sheets.
