Heart Beat Club grants

A trainer demonstrates infant CPR on a manikin

Royal Life Saving WA believes that everyone should know the lifesaving skills of resuscitation and first aid.

The Heart Beat Club community education course is designed for parents and carers of children under the age of five. The three hour session covers child and infant CPR and first aid for common childhood injuries.

Please note the Heart Beat Club is a community education initiative only, not a qualification course.

The Keep Watch program has funding available to provide a limited number of free Heart Beat Club sessions to high-need community groups. Applications are invited from Western Australian community organisations that support high-risk families and/or parents who may have barriers to accessing first aid training.

Grant applications for the 2023/24 financial year are now open. Applications can be received at any time during the year.
