Cultural Awareness Training

Respect and dignity are essential when working with multicultural communities in any setting, including aquatic environments.

Understanding that different cultures may have unique beliefs and practices around communication, personal space, and participation is key to fostering an inclusive atmosphere.

Our cultural awareness training is designed to help professionals adapt their interactions to the diverse needs of individuals from different backgrounds and provides you with the knowledge and strategies to recognise and respectfully navigate cultural sensitivities during classes and day-to-day interactions.

Would you like to take part in Royal Life Saving WA's cultural awareness training for instructors, pool managers, and aquatic employees and learn how to create a welcoming and inclusive environment that supports multicultural communities in your facility?

Please complete the form below and a member of our team will get in contact with you.
