This application is for 1 child only- if you would like to apply for more than one child, please fill out individual applications for each
Grants cannot be transferred to siblings
For successful applications, funds will be paid to the local swim school nominated by you

Please see the below application dates for the upcoming terms:

Term 3 2024: applications taken from the 26^th April until the 4^th June 2024.

Notified of the outcome by the 14^th June 2024.

Term 4 2024: applications taken from the 15^th June 2024 – 30^th August 2024.

Notified of the outcome by the 13^thSeptember 2024.

Term 1 2025: applications taken from the 31^st August 2024 – 29^th November 2024.

Notified of the outcome by the 13^th December 2024.

Term 2 2025: applications taken from the 14^th December 2024 – 28^th February 2025.

Notified of the outcome by the 14^th March 2025.
