Become a Community Trainer

Who are Community Trainers?

Royal Life Saving WA Community Trainers are registered to deliver Bronze Medallion, First Aid and other training courses on our behalf. We believe that 'everyone can be a lifesaver' and Community Trainers help us to achieve this goal. Teachers, or any other school representatives, can become either aquatic or first aid trainers to deliver and assess courses at your school. We will provide you with training, resources, and professional development sessions, and provide your students with their awards on completion of the course.

Aquatic Trainers

Aquatic trainers deliver and assess courses such as the Bronze Medallion. To become an aquatic trainer, teachers are required to attend an Aquatic Trainer course and co-present a Bronze Medallion with one of our qualified trainers.
