9. Glide backward, kick and recover. No set distance.

10. Freestyle - Swim 5m. Face Submerged.
Must See Criteria:
Flutter kick; Arm recovery clear of the water. Face in water, exhaling.
11. Scull/tread water. Basic hand and leg action.
Outward and inward scull; Alternating leg action, ability to gain some support.
12. Water Safety Sequence
Must See Criteria:
Glide forward and recover to a standing position. Float for 30 seconds, with a flotation aid. Be pulled to safety.
