Eligibility Criteria

The WA Swim and Survive Fund is available to provide assistance for the following:

  • Swim and Survive lessons that best suit the needs of the applicant
  • Aquatic development and training in regional and remote areas
  • Partnerships with key stakeholders to promote the swimming and water safety message and,
  • Provide sustainable Swim and Survive programs.

Upon application, other opportunities can be explored that will assist in teaching and learning the vital skills of Swim and Survive.

Grants are suitable for the following applicants:

  • Lower social or economic backgrounds
  • Indigenous communities/ background
  • Culturally and Linguistically Diverse communities
  • Special needs and/ or disability
  • Regional and remote communities

Applicants must permanently live in Western Australia.
